Is there a real mobile app for technicians?

Yes — technicians clock in/out and get push notifications today. Tickets carry photos and site detail. (Geofence check-in and voice notes exist on the backend and are coming to the app.)

Does it handle Greek and ΑΔΕΙΕΣ leave?

The web app is fully localized to Greek and English, with Cyprus ΑΔΕΙΕΣ leave requests and a multi-level approval flow.

Can it export to eSoft?

Yes — a one-click monthly engineers .xlsx (including the ΑΔΕΙΕΣ leave sheet), formatted for direct eSoft upload.

Does a parking/energy site event open a job automatically?

Not automatically. Site equipment events flow into SenCRM to update equipment health and post status to the relevant existing ticket (with optional auto-resolve), and engineers can remotely restart site equipment from a ticket. Jobs are created by people, email or tenders.
